Forests of NSW is a black-and-white series taken over the summer of 2024/2025 on Ilford Delta 400 with my Hasselblad. It focuses on the rainforests around Celito Beach, Wallingat National Park, and the Blue Mountains valleys.

The photos are about light and space—mist hanging in the trees, dense ferns and palms swallowing the trails, the way the forest closes in and opens up again. Two shots include me on my enduro motorcycle in Wallingat, just another figure passing through.

There’s no grand message here. Just a record of time spent in places that don’t care you were there.
